Mission

Corpus Christ aims to provide a system of education intertwined with moral principles such as compassion, honesty, gratitude and humility. The learning atmosphere places a strong emphasis on enhancing students' intrinsic skills as well as their academic success. Children from all societal groups will get comprehensive, morally-based, and high-quality education at the school, enabling them to become the best citizens of our nation. The school will place more emphasis on fostering students' innate intelligence, creative talents, and original ideas by hosting a variety of events. School provides a platform to build students' abilities, passions, and experiences through interactive learning thereby, it boosts their self-assurance in their ability to learn, work independently, and in group. Students are also trained to handle the responsibilities and challenges. Conducive environment is created for learning. School believes that learning and teaching inside of a classroom will not produce the desired results. It gives ample opportunities for respectful interaction and discussion among themselves. Emotional attitude is channelised to have rational attitude. It helps the students to develop and maintain healthy relationships. A link between life and education, as well as between education and job, is created by socially useful productive work. It improves the effectiveness of learning. It links expertise to skill and relates theory to practise.

At Corpus, sports foster social leadership. It is performed to emphasise the value of teamwork. Vision

Vision of Corpus Christi is formulated with noble ideas to bring out revolutionary changes in the existing social values and social responsibility to engrave a new social order in the midst of all odds. To create a value-based order in the minds of the younger generations, school is the only platform. It inculcates values of human love and true values of personal life which reflect in their life in the future. Values are codified to bring the children into learning system of their curriculum. Both personal values and social values such as integrity, diligence, perseverance, discipline and positive character with traits such as compassion, respect, kindness, and humility are defined to produce an imperative result on the individual student. Learning is a process which gives the ability to comprehend ethics of the existing world. Academic based education with problem solving skills create the ability among the students to face the real challenges in life which is engulfed with enormous issues. Self-directed learning, Critical thinking help the students to assess the real situation. They share the principle of observe, facilitate, and solve. Through education, skills are acquired to meet the needs of the future.

Life skills are part of human life which begin at a very young age in the life of a child. Teaching kids’ life skills in the classroom gives them the opportunity to develop their interpersonal and teamwork skills, find creative solutions to problems, and learn responsibility. It also gives them the resources they need to grow as people. It shapes children to handle difficulties and helps them build the confidence they need to overcome obstacles in life.

Sports gives an opportunity to develop a new horizon and provides a field to value the inherent concept. Brotherhood, fairness, ethics, respect and discipline are the gracious behaviour adopted by the students. Sportsmanship helps to develop the new altitude in the teamwork which is the mainspring of sports.
Our Story

In 2002, the visionaries at Kurian Abraham Trust laid the foundation for First Steps School with a profound belief that education should encompass the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual facets of a child's development. A humble beginning with just four students on KP Road, Perumal Nagar marked the inception of our journey. The turning point came in 2007 when the school relocated to the picturesque eco-green campus in Peruvilai, bearing witness to a transformative shift. Simultaneously, the school underwent a meaningful name change, evolving into Corpus Christi School. At the helm of this educational odyssey stands Mrs. Parveen Mathew, who assumed the role of Vice Chairman, steering the school towards excellence. In 2010, a significant milestone was achieved as Corpus Christi School gained affiliation with the prestigious ICSE board. Under the dedicated and selfless leadership of our management, the school experienced a surge in student enrollment. Today, over 1500 students have walked through our gates, each leaving with a transformed perspective on life. Over the past 21 years, Corpus Christi School has become a bastion of education, nurturing hundreds of children within its walls and expansive grounds. Our team of educators, driven by dedication, has committed their time, expertise, and knowledge to mold the future generations.

How we shape the children under our care?

It is rightly Said that " Today’s children are Tomorrow’s citizens. They can be leaders of tomorrow too. Lessons from the pages may help in a child's academic career.

But here at Corpus Christi,life lessons are taught too .To respect each other inspite of their differences.We at Corpus Christi School personally guide and motivate the children .We reach out with love and compassion and once the students step inside Corpus Christi,they start to love everything about the school and it becomes their second home. Needless to say that utmost importance is given to academics and at the same time never ignoring to cater to even the tiniest need and care of a student. The amount of individual care and time spent on each student,to personally know their every need is a unique trait about CCS .

Education is very essential and children are encouraged to bring out their potentials. Here at Corpus Christi we always bring their best which is our prime interest. We have spent years training and teaching and we have made great progress.
